Display Offers for Rate Plans/Packages in Agilysys Book

Stay is enhanced to display only the casino offers that are associated to rate plans and packages that are enabled to be displayed online in the Booking Channels section of Agilysys Book, when a patron logs in with their patron ID. Previously, patrons were displayed all casino offers associated to rate plans, even though the rate plans were not selected to be displayed online.

Assume, two offers, Offer 1, and Offer 2, are associated with the following rate plans: BAR, CAS, and FAM and the following configurations are made in the Booking Channel section: 

  • BAR is selected for Public View

  • CAS is selected as a Restricted Rate Plan

  • FAM is not selected for online booking 

Now, when a patron logs in with player ID in Agilysys Book, the following will be displayed:

  • Rate Plan/Package

  • Display in Book

  • BAR

  • Offer 1 and Offer 2 associated will be displayed. The offer’s description and the offer code will be displayed below offer name in the format: Casino offer code - rate plan code in Stay. For example, O1-BAR.

  • The rate plan name will be displayed. The offer code, that is, the rate plan code will be displayed below the rate plan name (existing functionality).

  • CAS

  • Offer 1 and Offer 2 associated will be displayed. The offer’s description and the offer code will be displayed below offer name in the format: Casino offer code - rate plan code in Stay. For example, O2-CAS.

  • The rate plan name will be displayed only when users search for the CAS rate plan manually (existing functionality).

  • FAM

  • The rate plan name and the offers associated will not be displayed (existing functionality).
